About The Job
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven individual to join Ingram Micro as a Product Manager in our Peripherals division. Work with IT peripheral/accessory vendors, building key relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the vendors’ brands are correctly positioned and promoted internally and externally, managing supply chains, and ensuring optimum availability to maximise and support the potential & profitability of the business.
What you can expect to be getting up to as a Product Manager:
- Developing product strategy
- Building a clear strategy for each vendor set
- Segmenting product portfolio to align with customer/market demand
- Develop and maintain vendor set to support product strategy
- Optimise inventory turn and availability by vendor, managing ETA’s accurately
- Minimise risk
- Negotiation of best price within vendor T&C’s
- Manage Vendor & Customer relationship
- Customer account development
- Commercial P&L management
In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in the technology sector preferably in IT accessories
- Excellent making judgements and drawing conclusions analytically
- Commercial awareness
- Resilient and flexible team player
- Excellent time‑management skills, prioritise own time effectively, well organised and proactive
- Have a proven track record of success through performing to given targets and KPI’s set
