About the Job

Are you passionate about networking technology and motivated by helping partners grow? We're looking for a Business Development Manager – HPE Networking to drive growth across one of Ingram Micro's most strategic technology portfolios. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with HPE, reseller partners, and internal stakeholders to create new opportunities, strengthen existing relationships, and accelerate business growth.

You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our HPE Networking business, using market insight, commercial expertise, and strategic account development to help partners maximise their potential. Working within a fast-moving technology environment, you'll be empowered to influence strategy, build lasting relationships, and make a measurable impact on business performance.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across the HPE Networking portfolio.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective partner accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners and position Ingram Micro as their go-to Networking advisor.
  • Drive partner engagement, solution adoption, and market penetration.
  • Collaborate with HPE and internal teams to deliver successful go-to-market initiatives.
  • Use market intelligence, customer insights, and business data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead business reviews, account planning sessions, and strategic partner discussions.
  • Manage pipeline development, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
  • Promote the value of the Ingram Micro Xvantage platform and drive adoption across the partner community.

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, partner management, or technology sales.
  • A strong track record of delivering revenue growth and achieving commercial targets.
  • Experience building and managing strategic customer and partner relationships.

  • Experience working in a technology, vendor, distribution, or channel-led environment.
