About the Job

At Ingram Micro, marketing plays a critical role in connecting our vendors, channel ecosystem, and partners to drive growth across a complex B2B technology landscape. We’re looking for a Marketing Platforms & Performance Lead to take ownership of how marketing data, technology, and insight are used to deliver measurable commercial impact across our UK business. This role focuses on marketing effectiveness rather than output, shaping the frameworks, platforms, and performance models that ensure marketing investment is accountable and clearly aligned to revenue growth for Ingram Micro and our partners.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the UK marketing platform and technology landscape, ensuring alignment with global Ingram Micro frameworks while meeting local vendor and partner needs.
  • Define and embed a robust, end‑to‑end marketing performance model, establishing a single source of truth across vendor‑funded, partner, and Ingram‑led marketing activity.
  • Develop and own cross‑channel measurement and attribution frameworks that accurately reflect complex B2B buying journeys and multi‑touch engagement.
  • Translate marketing performance data into actionable commercial insight, providing clear visibility of pipeline contribution, partner engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Drive advanced analytics and predictive modelling to identify high‑value audiences, prioritise investment, and optimise marketing effectiveness across campaigns and vendors.
  • Lead a culture of experimentation and continuous optimisation, ensuring structured testing delivers measurable learning and informs future marketing and partner strategies.
  • Lead, develop, and enable a high‑performing team of growth marketers, while partnering closely with commercial, vendor, and global stakeholders to align marketing activity with revenue priorities.

Skills and Experience

  • Solid experience in performance marketing, marketing analytics, or growth strategy within B2B or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth through data‑led strategies.
  • Experience managing marketing technology stacks and defining clear performance frameworks.
  • Strong cross‑channel expertise across demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Experience working with partners, vendors, or within a channel‑driven business model.
  • Experience using AI or automation tools within marketing.
  • Comfortable testing, experimenting, and using data to inform decisions.
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, matrixed environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how marketing performance links to business outcomes.

Benefits

  • AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options – available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Rising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Employee Referral Bonus – help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.
  • Employee discounts and wellness perks.
  • Modern offices with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness room.
  • Development opportunities with clear career progression and training.
