About The Job
As the TMOD Coordinator, you will work closely with and support the TMOD Business Partner in all aspects of TMOD activities, from onboarding to offboarding. You will be integral to delivering training across the organization, collecting feedback, and serving as the key contact for matters related to the Apprenticeship Levy.

This role is ideal for someone with some experience in Learning and Development at a junior level, seeking to advance to a delivery lead position. A passion for learning, coaching, and working with people is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of Talent, Management & Organizational Development (TMOD), from onboarding to offboarding
  • Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions
  • Manage learning programs tailored to business needs
  • Administer the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Serve as the main contact for Apprenticeship Levy matters
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve training
  • Support learners post-training with coaching
  • Update training content based on feedback and business updates
  • Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements
  • Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to align learning initiatives
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance learning accessibility
  • Stay updated with learning methodologies and best practices
