Description: At Ingram Micro, we're helping businesses realize the promise of technology.

As one of the world's leading technology distributors and platform companies, we connect people, technology, and opportunities to create smarter ways of doing business.

Through our digital platform and global ecosystem, we are transforming how technology reaches the world, creating meaningful impact for our partners, customers, and communities.

The Global Platform Business Innovation & Execution team explores, defines, and scales the next generation of platform value — moving ideas through Ideate, Incubate, Pilot, and Scale.

As an Innovation & Execution Manager, you’ll own individual platform assets end-to-end — from concept, through business case and pilot, to a scaled, monetized outcome — across a platform that drives billions in incremental revenue globally.

About the Role As an Innovation & Execution Manager, you will take ownership of strategic platform innovation initiatives from idea to impact.

You'll identify opportunities, validate concepts, lead pilots, and help scale solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes across a global platform generating billions in incremental revenue.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategy, innovation, execution, and stakeholder leadership while working directly with senior business leaders to influence the future direction of our platform business.

What you’ll do Hunt for opportunity — synthesize market trends and internal signals into a clear value hypothesis and business case.

Design and lead pilots, aligning cross-functional teams and validating ROI with real data before scaling.

Own the asset outcome end-to-end, including business case, pilot economics, and scale recommendation.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, guiding decisions through structured, data-driven narratives.

Influence cross-functional and regional stakeholders to keep momentum moving.

Know when to scale a proven model — and when to close a weak one early to keep focus on the strongest bets.

What you bring Experience leading cross-functional business transformation, strategic platform initiatives, or consulting work preferred.

A track record of building business cases and driving measurable outcomes with limited direction.

Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

A self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable making sound calls with incomplete information.

Ability to balance fast-moving experimentation with commercial discipline.

Why join us Outsized ownership for an early-to-mid career builder: you’ll take a concept from zero to scaled impact, work directly with senior leaders, and build the track record that leads toward strategic pillar ownership.

We hire for entrepreneurial drive, not a perfect resume.

If you’re a high-velocity executor who is hungry to build, we encourage you to apply — even from an adjacent background.

Let's Shape Tomorrow.
