About the Job
We’re looking for a commercially minded and analytical Cisco Annuity Specialist to join our Cisco Business Unit.
This is a unique opportunity within one of the fastest‑growing areas of the technology industry, focusing on software, subscriptions, services, and recurring revenue solutions.
You will help partners and customers maximise the value of their Cisco investments through lifecycle management, renewals, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Core Responsibilities
- Analyse customer install base data to identify renewal, retention, cross‑sell, and upsell opportunities.
- Utilise Cisco platforms and internal tools to provide data‑driven recommendations to partners and sales teams.
- Create accurate quotes and commercial proposals for annuity, software, and subscription opportunities.
- Support opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle, from qualification through to renewal and ongoing customer success.
- Advise partners and customers on the most suitable Cisco purchasing and licensing models.
- Explain Cisco subscription and billing structures in a clear, simple, and commercially relevant way.
- Lead conversations with partners and customers to discuss insights, opportunities, and renewal strategies.
- Collab orate closely with Cisco Business Development Managers, Sales Specialists, and category teams to achieve growth objectives.
- Support partner enablement activities and knowledge‑sharing initiatives across the Cisco business.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong analytical skills with confidence working with large volumes of data and spreadsheets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and interpret business performance data.
- Experience in forecasting, reporting, pipeline management, or operational activities would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in renewals, recurring revenue, technology sales, or channel environments is beneficial but not essential.
