In order to set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in customer success, account management, or sales within a customer-facing environment
  • A strong interest in learning and developing knowledge across Microsoft cloud products and solutions, with the ability to quickly understand and apply this in a customer-focused environment
  • Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts, with a focus on retention and recurring revenue
  • Natural relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels
