About The Job

Join our General Sales team on a permanent basis in a critical role working with Ingram Micro’s target customers and prominent vendors to build strong relationships with existing and new accounts.

What you can expect as an Account Advisor

  1. Develop a thorough understanding of your customer base, including their business models, structures, goals, and objectives.
  2. Develop exceptional business relationships within your customers.
  3. Achieve and exceed targets aligned with business expectations.
  4. Manage and understand your sales pipeline for accurate forecasting.
  5. Utilize the key benefits of buying from Ingram Micro to grow your customers’ businesses.
  6. Gain knowledge of Ingram Micro and its vendor systems, programs, and processes.

Skills and Experience Required

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Experience in sales call centers, telesales, or customer service environments.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team under pressure.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  5. Enthusiasm to learn and develop expertise.
  6. Interest in IT.
