Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid (non‑negotiable 3‑day hybrid working pattern). Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of our Milton Keynes office.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update product and pricing data across internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Load and manage reseller‑specific bids and partner programme updates in line with agreed commercial terms.
  • Act as a point of contact for product, pricing, and SKU‑related queries, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Generate and distribute regular commercial files to support wider business activity.
  • Configure and generate quotes for reseller partners, supporting Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Provide product and pricing guidance to ensure consistent and compliant quoting.
  • Process software and service contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal governance.
  • Track contract activity and maintain clear documentation to support reporting, audits, and renewals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Product, Pricing, Commercial Operations, or Sales Enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, bids, SKUs, and partner frameworks.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple data streams accurately.
  • Confident working with systems, product catalogues, and pricing tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and support across teams.
  • A proactive, organised, and solutions‑focused approach.
