We’re looking for a customer‑focused Customer Success Manager to join our Microsoft team. You will drive customer growth, retention, and long‑term value for Ingram Micro’s cloud customers and vendor partners, building strong strategic relationships and maximizing account potential.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact and Microsoft cloud specialist for your customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with assigned customers.
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive Microsoft cloud growth and retention.
- Manage the full subscription lifecycle, including renewals, retention, and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft stakeholders to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing insight to improve retention, growth, and overall service delivery.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or sales in a customer‑facing environment.
- Strong interest in learning and developing knowledge across Microsoft cloud products and solutions, with the ability to quickly understand and apply this in a customer‑focused environment.
- Proven track record of managing and growing customer accounts, with a focus on retention and recurring revenue.
- Natural relationship‑building skills, engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Commercially minded approach, able to identify and drive growth opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
