Position Overview: IngramOne Account Director – Enterprise & Global. Highly experienced sales professional working in the IT channel marketplace. Responsible for client service, problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, and net new business growth aligned with Ingram Micro Technology Sales, Services & Cloud portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client relationships to maximize opportunities for account development and drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with Ingram’s three key BUs: TS, Cloud & Services.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all core focus areas.
- Work as part of a dedicated team managing and targeting key Enterprise and Global customers.
- Collaborate globally with Ingram Micro BDM teams.
- Include early starts and overnight stays for customer meetings & events as needed.
- Accurately forecast and showcase a pipeline of opportunity to deliver against objectives.
- Collate, summarize and report key management account information monthly.
Qualifications:
- Successful IT sales account‑development background; proof of success required with references.
- Excellent communicator at all levels; confident, charismatic, and personable.
- Proficient PC skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) with fast, accurate typing.
- Quick to learn new systems and able to think logically.
- Ability to work well under pressure, get things done, and be a team player.
- Experience with vendors such as HPE, Cisco, Microsoft, AWS is beneficial but not essential.
- Full UK driving license (Manual).
- High work rate, determination, and pro‑active motivation.
Commitment:
Travel as required, including early starts and overnight stays for client meetings and events.
