Managing Director
The business specialises in delivering end-user-focused, business-critical services for some of the world’s most recognised tech brands. About the Role
As the Managing Director – UK , you will oversee P&L management, customer delivery, and operational development for their UK operations in Norfolk and Hertfordshire. Your leadership will ensure that their processes align with industry best practices and that their services continuously meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Leverage automation and operational platforms to improve efficiency in reverse logistics, repair & refurbishment, ITAD and fulfilment operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Measure, monitor, and enhance key metrics, including cost-per-unit efficiency, across all activities.
- Team Development: Identify skill gaps, prioritise training, and foster a culture of professional growth.
- Business Development: In time, take ownership of the business development function, driving new opportunities and client relationships.

- Experience managing large operational platforms and driving process efficiencies.
- Familiarity with solutions-based selling and leading business development or key account management teams.
- Hands-on project management capabilities with a focus on delivering results within tight timeframes.
