We're looking for a Partner Development Manager to join our Cyber Security team and play a key role in growing our partner community and expanding Cyber Security sales across the IT channel.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and enjoys developing trusted relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
You'll become a trusted advisor to your partners, helping them identify opportunities, maximise value, and achieve their business goals whilst contributing to the growth of Ingram Micro's Cyber Security business.

- Core Responsibilities
- Build and develop strong relationships across an assigned partner base.
- Drive growth of Cyber Security products and services through the IT reseller channel.
- Manage and develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities from identification through to close.
- Become a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on solutions, services, and go-to-market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to create mutually beneficial business outcomes.
- Develop account plans and identify new opportunities to increase revenue and profitability.
- Lead customer engagements, presentations, and business reviews.
- Support the achievement of revenue, margin, and partner growth objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the partner journey.
