About the Job

We are looking for a driven Internal Account Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting a portfolio of key vendors. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue and profit growth through proactive engagement, outbound activity, and relationship‑building. • Enable partners by demonstrating and coaching around a variety of products.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and business updates to the head of Sales.
  • Update Opportunities accurately to manage, nurture and monitor deal progress.
  • Regular engagement with marketing team to leverage core messaging via preferred social media channels and influence the GTM strategy.
  • Leverage Field Technical resource to influence and progress end user sales opportunities and maximise profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales or account‑based role, ideally within technology, IT distribution, or a related sector.
  • Knowledge of the DCPOS channel and vendor landscape is advantageous but not essential.
  • A commercial and proactive mindset, with the confidence to build relationships, create opportunities, and win new business.
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and partners over the phone, via email, and face‑to‑face.
  • Naturally curious and motivated to learn products, vendors, and new technology in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Confident using business systems and tools, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM experience is beneficial.
  • A desire to understand how things work, with the ability to spot opportunities to improve systems, processes, and ways of working.
  • A strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience while achieving commercial outcomes.

Benefits

  • AXA Health Insurance and Dental Plan Options - available for you and your family through a salary sacrifice scheme.
  • Rising holiday allowance at Year 2 and Year 5.
  • Birthday day off.
  • Employee Referral Bonus - help us grow our team and get rewarded for introducing great talent.
  • Employee discounts and wellness perks.
  • Modern offices with breakout spaces, free tea and coffee, and a private wellness room.
  • Development opportunities with clear career progression and training.
