About the Job

Are you a commercially driven leader who enjoys building strategy, creating growth opportunities, and influencing business performance? We're looking for a Business Manager to take ownership of one of our strategic HPE architectures, shaping the commercial direction and growth strategy for the business. This is a highly influential role that sits at the centre of sales, marketing, vendor management, and partner engagement.

You’ll be responsible for translating vendor strategy into actionable business plans, developing go-to-market initiatives, and creating the programmes, frameworks, and tools that enable our teams and partners to succeed. Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HPE Architecture business.
  • Build and manage business plans aligned to vendor and Ingram Micro objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and growth initiatives.
  • Develop partner programmes, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive partner recruitment, development, and long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts to maximise business performance.
  • Build strong relationships with HPE and key internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor business performance, profitability, and key growth metrics.
  • Present strategic recommendations, business updates, and performance insights to senior leadership.

To Set You Up for Success, We Are Looking for the Following Skills and Experience

  • Experience in Business Management, Category Management, Vendor Management, Product Management, or a similar commercially focused role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Experience building business plans, go-to-market initiatives, and partner development programmes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use market and performance data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within a technology, distribution, or channel environment.
  • Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and drive results through collaboration.

Candidates must have demonstrable experience working within the Networking business, including a strong understanding of networking technologies, partner ecosystems, and go‑to‑market strategies.
