An exciting opportunity has arisen for a result-driven person to join our Order Management Team on a permanent basis. Our Order Management Team is a crucial part of the success and as the business continues to grow, we need to ensure we are able to effectively manage customers’ orders from receipt to delivery.

What your role as an Order Management Specialist will involve:

  • Manage the end-to-end order management process
  • Work collaboratively with our Sales teams, partners, and vendors to support with management of their valuable and complex orders.
  • Processing orders, identifying the correct processing method to use
  • Handling order related queries, ETA, licenses, and POD requests
  • Handling back order and billing
  • High attention to currency exchange rates and profitability
  • Support the sales team with P&A, Stock quotes, BID’s

To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service/Administrative/Order Processing environment
  • A keen eye for attention to detail and accuracy
  • The ability to communicate effectively, over the phone, via email and face to face
  • Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • A desire to learn, grow and develop.
