In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high‑quality software solutions and supporting our customers’ technology needs. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects, stakeholders, and a cross‑functional delivery team to design, build and maintain robust systems across a diverse technology landscape.
Your responsibilities include:
- Assist Solution Architects with design activities and contribute to technical discussions.
- Attend customer meetings and workshops to understand requirements and provide technical insight.
- Design, develop, and test software enhancements, integrations, APIs, and system changes aligned with enterprise architecture and customer needs.
- Provide third‑line support for live systems, ensuring timely issue resolution within SLAs.
- Lead the IT relationship for designated customers, building a strong understanding of their goals, priorities, and workstreams.
- Schedule and coordinate work across a matrix‑managed team including BAs, Solution Architects, Developers, and QAs.
- Drive delivery against agreed plans, ensuring progress is tracked, communicated, and reported consistently.
- Contribute to estimations and planning activities, keeping Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and senior stakeholders informed.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Jira and Confluence, following agreed working principles.
- Mentor junior developers and support the ongoing capability development of the team.
