We are looking for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner – FP&A to join our dynamic finance team. This role is key to delivering actionable financial insights, enabling data‑driven decision‑making, and supporting business performance across various departments. You’ll be responsible for profitability reporting, forecasting, financial system ownership, and engaging closely with key stakeholders including sales and commercial teams.
What Your Role As a Finance Business Partner Will Involve:
- Own the preparation of the monthly segmental ‘general manager’ profitability reporting, liaising with non‑financial stakeholders as required, and answering ad‑hoc queries from general managers in relation to their results.
- Work with the broader FP&A team to develop a suite of reporting that facilitates meaningful business insights and enhanced decision making.
- Proactively engage in data‑led conversations with the various functional areas of the business (sales, commercial etc) to drive better business outcomes.
- Acting as the finance system lead, take ownership for all loads into OneStream financial reporting (segmental reporting for actual results, forecasts and budgets).
- Own working capital forecasts and 13‑week cash flow forecasts.
- Autonomously respond to ad‑hoc queries from Regional and Global finance functions.
Skills & Experience:
- Big 4 experience or training background.
- A professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical/reporting skills.
- Experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP, OneStream).
- Previous experience in FP&A or a similar commercial finance role.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proactive, independent thinker with strong organisational skills.
