Customer Service Advisor
Weโre currently looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team and help deliver a smooth, positive experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for customers, supporting queries via phone and email
- Manage queries in line with departmental SLAs, ensuring all requests are handled within agreed timeframes
- Issue returns and requests in line with company and vendor guidelines
- Support logistics and order-related queries, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Take ownership of queries and see them through to completion
- Work closely with other teams to find the best outcome for the customer
- Keep customers updated and deliver a positive, consistent experience
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, logistics, retail or similar role
- Experience using ticketing systems, or ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face
- Good organisation and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to continuous improvements
