The Senior IT Delivery Manager is responsible for optimising and overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of software development and support services for one or more key customers. Operating within a complex environment that blends legacy systems and modern technologies, the role ensures that all design, documentation, build, and implementation activities are delivered efficiently, effectively, and within agreed commercial constraints.
Acting as the primary IT interface for the customer, the Senior IT Delivery Manager builds strong relationships, develops an in‑depth understanding of customer business objectives, and aligns these with Ingram’s IT capabilities. The role coordinates a matrix‑managed team, including Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA professionals, ensuring work is accurately scoped, prioritised, scheduled, and delivered to plan.
