An experienced Asset Manager is required to join a leading International Property Management Firm, to be based at their Salford/Manchester office. The Asset Manager will report to the Director and be responsible for the engagement of tenants across multiple UK sites. This will include:

  • Sourcing tenants for properties
  • Collaboration with external agencies
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships
  • Strategic planning
  • Ensuring efficient and timely occupancy of properties
  • Oversee the tenant referencing and onboarding process
  • Maintain compliance with housing, health, safety and regulatory standards

Experience Required:

  • Proven asset management experience within social housing
  • Ability to create and deliver successful tenant placement strategies
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
  • Good understanding of compliance, governance, and health & safety requirements
  • Experience managing multiple sites or property portfolios would be advantageous
