An Accounts Payable Clerk is required to join an International Law Firm based in their Leeds City Centre Offices.


The Accounts Payable Clerk will join an established team, working full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9am -5pm. The firm operates a hybrid working model where you will be in the office 3 days per week and have the option to work from home 2 days per week following an initial training period.


Role Overview:

  • Working as part of a team within Accounts Payable
  • Daily finance and accounts administration
  • Dealing with queries
  • Processing invoices and payments
  • Reconciliation
  • Expense processing

Requirements:

  • Prior experience within Accounts Payable within either a Legal or Professional Services Firm
  • Professional communication skills, being able to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent prioritisation skills to be able to manage a busy workload
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of VAT
  • Ability to work in a confidential manner
  • A flexible team player willing to assist other teams when needed
