We are hiring an experienced Legal Secretary to provide support to a Partner and Team at a leading Law Firm in Newcastle. The Legal Secretary will provide pivotal support to the firm's Commercial Property department.

The Role:

  • Full Legal Secretary role supporting the Partner & Team
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Property searches, use of land registry and companies house
  • Client onboarding
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
  • Audio typing and document production
  • Liaising with clients, agencies and third parties

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA, Secretary, or Executive Assistant
  • Experience within Commercial Property or Conveyancing
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication
  • Confident using legal case management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and prioritise effectively
