We are working with a leading specialist Law Firm in the recruitment of an experienced Legal PA, supporting a team of Employment Lawyers. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Legal PA or Legal Secretary to join a firm that offers hybrid working, excellent benefits and a great team working environment.
The Legal PA will support the Employment Team in all aspects of PA, Secretarial & Administration work including:
- Document preparation
- File management
- Diaries
- Bundles
- Invoices
- Billing
- Office coordination
Requirements:
- Prior Legal PA, Secretary, Assistant or Paralegal experience (ideally within Employment Law)
- Excellent IT skills (MS Office & Case Management)
- Knowledge of court processes and procedures
- High attention to detail
The role will be full time based in the South Manchester area (parking available). The firm offers hybrid working and has excellent benefits, bonuses and rewards for staff. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
