On behalf of a top-tier commercial law firm, we are recruiting an experienced Legal PA to support the firm's Commercial Law team in Leeds City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a capable and proactive Legal PA to join a highly regarded firm known for its quality of work, collaborative culture, and commitment to developing its people.
The Role
- Providing comprehensive Legal PA support to fee earners
- Financial administration, including coordination of legal billing
- File and matter management, ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Assisting with business development activities and client initiatives
- Diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Preparing, organising, and maintaining legal documents and files
About You
- Previous experience as a Legal PA (essential), ideally within a commercial law environment
- Strong financial awareness and experience supporting billing processes
- A solid understanding of legal filing and matter management procedures
- Excellent IT skills, including MS Word, MS Office, and legal systems
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to support a team efficiently
- A strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service
