Conveyancing Paralegal North Manchester £ Negotiable An established high street Law Firm based in North Manchester are hiring for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing Property Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with prior experience within Conveyancing as an Assistant or Paralegal to step into a role that offers progression. As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will work closely with Partners in Assisting with Residential and Commercial Conveyancing with the view of running your own caseload. This will include taking instructions, file notes, client correspondence, drafting documents, contract packs, land registry forms, HMRC forms, Conveyancing searches and post completion work. It is essential that you have prior experience within Residential or Commercial Conveyancing. You should have strong client care skills and be able to work with a high attention to detail and efficiency. The role will be full time based in North Manchester.
