Ingliston Estate Country Club & Hotel is a picturesque 90-acre private estate featuring exceptional facilities for business and leisure. Located just 10 minutes west of Glasgow Airport and 25 minutes from Glasgow City Centre in Bishopton, the estate includes a luxurious Grand Marquee, wedding suites, a 32-bedroom boutique hotel, 14 luxury Alpine lodges, and an award-winning restaurant. The estate also offers extensive event spaces supported by external areas and terraces for outdoor events, all in an idyllic countryside setting. This is a full-time on-site role located in Bishopton for a Wedding & Events Co-ordinator. The Wedding & Events Co-ordinator will be responsible for planning and managing weddings and events, communicating with clients to ensure their needs are met, providing exceptional customer service, and coordinating with various teams to ensure successful event execution. Additional duties include sales and follow-up with potential clients, vendor management, and overseeing the set-up and breakdown of events.
