- Create engaging content in-house, including photography and short-form videos
- Organise and lead professional shoots when required
- Work closely with the in-house designer to develop compelling marketing materials
- Write copy across digital, print and brand touchpoints, including website content, brochures, press features and campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand tone and voice.
- Email Marketing & CRM
- Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns across customer acquisition, retention and lead nurturing
- Develop campaign concepts, content plans and copy, working closely with the in-house designer to bring campaigns to life
- Manage the email calendar and ensure all communications are aligned with wider brand and commercial objectives
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance through testing, reporting and audience insights to improve engagement, conversion and retention
- Identify opportunities for automation, segmentation and customer journey improvements
- Marketing Operations & Performance
- Track and analyse marketing performance against KPIs, producing monthly reports and carrying out ongoing analysis to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring spend is tracked, resources are allocated appropriately across channels, and annual marketing plans and budgets support growth targets and priorities.
- Support internal communication and cross-team collaboration to ensure alignment across marketing activity
- Use data and insights to inform future strategy and decision-making
