Real Estate Development / Assets Manager – 12‑Month fixed‑term contract. Lead the strategic development, optimisation and long‑term performance of the UK & Ireland property portfolio for one of the world’s most recognizable retail brands.
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle management of the property portfolio, including acquisition, development, asset management and project leadership.
- Acquisition & Development: Identify new sites, lead feasibility studies, due diligence, commercial negotiations and manage planning and permitting.
- Asset Management: Enhance performance, value and utilisation of existing assets, oversee obligations, taxes, risks and compliance, manage landlord/tenant relationships.
- Project Leadership: Coordinate infrastructure, utilities and approvals, partner with internal teams for seamless handovers and champion sustainable, innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in property management, asset management or real estate development.
- Strong exposure to planning processes and working with local authorities.
- Background in urban planning, real estate, architecture, law or business.
- Experience managing complex, multi‑site portfolios.
- Strategic mindset with confidence to lead commercial negotiations and drive delivery.
Application Details
Apply by 10 February 2026. Starting salary from £60,000 per annum (pro rata for 12‑month FTC). Full‑time, 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Location: Service Office (Wembley) – hybrid, 12 days workplace presence: 8 days in Service Office, 4 days nearest unit. To apply, provide CV and a short cover letter.
