IKEA Edinburgh are looking to welcome a Warehouse Manager to join our Fulfilment Operations team. At IKEA the role of a Warehouse Manager is known as a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader.
What We Offer
- The Start Date of employment will be discussed at interview.
- The starting salary for this role is £29,215 per annum, final salary offer will be made based on skills and experience.
- 39 Hours working 5 days per week including late evenings and alternate weekends.

- Experience of leadership in a busy warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others' workload.
- Results-driven approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible.
- Good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers.
- Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and proficient computer literacy.
- Eager to contribute a fresh outlook and a can-do mindset to the team.
What You'll Be Doing Day to Day
- Ensure efficient daily operation within fulfilment operations, to ensure products are available to customers.
- Responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring a motivated team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
