IKEA Belfast are looking for a Warehouse Team Manager to join their Fulfilment Team, in IKEA we call this a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader.
Responsibilities
- Manage the self‑serve area where logistics meets customer experience.
- Cooperate with the shopfloor team to manage stock flow and maintain warehouse standards.
- Support customers in a fast‑paced environment while ensuring seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Experience of leadership in a busy warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others’ workload.
- Results‑driven approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet budgets and goals, taking quick decisions and personal initiatives.
- Good communication skills to build relationships with co‑workers and customers.
- Ability to implement structural ways of working, problem‑solving experience and proficient computer literacy.
What we offer
- Start date of employment: 21st or 22nd February 2026.
- Starting salary of £32,000 per annum, based on competence and experience.
- 39 Hours working 5 days per week with every second weekend off.

What you’ll be doing day to day
- Ensure efficient daily Fulfilment Operations for maximum stock availability and readiness.
- Coach, develop and inspire a motivated team, maintaining a work environment that supports equality, diversity, inclusion and well‑being.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
- Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
