About The Role

You will play a key role in maintaining effective communication with our international hoteliers and suppliers, ensuring the seamless operation of our holiday services. You will use our core reservation system (Mythos) and collaborate across departments to keep suppliers updated and deliver smooth travel experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with hoteliers and suppliers to ensure seamless booking confirmations and alignment of system availability.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with hoteliers, suppliers, and contractors to support collaboration, promptly address queries, and proactively prevent future issues.
  • Oversee system maintenance, including managing availability and controlling the messaging system to ensure accurate and relevant notifications are sent.
  • Support the Reservations team with availability requests outside of the system to meet customer needs.
  • Book pre‑arranged holiday extras via third‑party websites and update internal systems with accurate reference numbers and details.

Qualifications

  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to interact via email and telephone.
  • Proven ability to handle challenging situations with a calm, solution‑focused approach.
  • Flexible and adaptable, managing workload efficiently during peak and quiet periods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Word.
  • Experience with database systems.
  • Knowledge of a travel reservation system is an advantage.
  • European language skills are an advantage but not essential.
