This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office.
Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking.
This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

About The Role
This newly created position will establish and lead the management of system integrations between our platforms and external suppliers, including hotels, DMCs, airlines, activity providers, and channel managers.
The role will be instrumental in building reliable data exchange, enabling seamless booking processes, and driving automation to enhance product expansion and the overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all connections with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, excursion providers, DMCs etc).
- Manage end-to-end integration projects: planning, testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure consistent data synchronization for rates, availability, content, and bookings across systems.
- Troubleshoot connection issues, liaising with both internal IT and external supplier tech teams.
- Act as the main technical contact for all connectivity-related supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with suppliers and third-party tech providers to set up and maintain direct connections.
- Ensure compliance with data exchange standards, SLAs, and performance expectations.
- Support supplier onboarding by ensuring systems are correctly configured for live operation.
- Work with internal product, IT, and distribution teams to implement and enhance connectivity solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation, mapping guides, and API specifications.
- Coordinate with developers to prioritize integration enhancements and bug fixes.
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and data flow accuracy across all integrations.
- Analyse connection logs and booking data to identify and resolve inefficiencies.
- Provide regular performance reports to management and recommend improvements.
- Identify and evaluate new connectivity opportunities to expand the product portfolio.
- Stay informed on emerging travel tech trends.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives with our Digital Transformation Lead.
