Location: Farnborough, Hampshire. Full‑time with flexible working (minimum 4 days per week), 2 days in office.

Salary: £26,227.50 p.a. + bonus.

About The Role

  • Loading and maintenance of arrangements and services.
  • Arrangements consist of accommodation, excursions, ski extras and transfers.
  • Manage allocations, releases, restrictions and pricing rules.
  • Set up and maintain multi‑centre trips and tours.
  • Input and maintain cost and selling prices where applicable.
  • Cross‑check system loading within the team to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the Destination team to implement programme changes.
  • Liaise with Reservations/Customer Support teams to resolve booking queries.
  • Load and maintain all pre‑bookable inventory for reporting.
  • Manage locally sold inventory within the system.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to requests for new inventory.
  • Maintain accurate cost and selling prices.

Qualifications

  • Strong administration experience.
  • Excellent skills with using databases.
  • Methodical and numerate approach.
  • Able to focus on all areas of a task using accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience of prioritisation, time management and problem solving.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work logically and collaboratively.
