Location: Farnborough, Hampshire. Full‑time with flexible working (minimum 4 days per week), 2 days in office.
Salary: £26,227.50 p.a. + bonus.
About The Role
- Loading and maintenance of arrangements and services.
- Arrangements consist of accommodation, excursions, ski extras and transfers.
- Manage allocations, releases, restrictions and pricing rules.
- Set up and maintain multi‑centre trips and tours.
- Input and maintain cost and selling prices where applicable.
- Cross‑check system loading within the team to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Destination team to implement programme changes.
- Liaise with Reservations/Customer Support teams to resolve booking queries.
- Load and maintain all pre‑bookable inventory for reporting.
- Manage locally sold inventory within the system.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to requests for new inventory.
- Maintain accurate cost and selling prices.
Qualifications
- Strong administration experience.
- Excellent skills with using databases.
- Methodical and numerate approach.
- Able to focus on all areas of a task using accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience of prioritisation, time management and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Able to work logically and collaboratively.
