This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing digital team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in strengthening the growth and visibility of the Inghams and Santa’s Lapland brands across digital channels. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and other Digital Marketing Executives, you’ll help shape and elevate our digital acquisition strategy for the brands, delivering award-winning, best-in-class advertising across paid social, display, video and affiliate marketing. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of paid social, YouTube ads and affiliates, optimising performance and uncovering new opportunities for growth. At the same time, you’ll work with our digital agency, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement across display and paid search activity.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing experience and knowledge.
- Experience of digital display advertising and paid social (client-side or agency).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with affiliate marketing.
- Experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Ability to analyse data, draw insights and optimise campaigns.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to produce engaging copy to use across a variety of channels.
- Ability to work at pace, prioritise workload and maintain accuracy at all times.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- A passion for travel.
