These roles are based in Farnborough, Hampshire, with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. They are full-time positions; however, work-life balance is important to us, and we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week). Salary: £24,570 (basic) up to £4,430 commission p.a. Fixed term contract for 6 months.
About the role:
- You will handle complex customer enquiries, calculate the cost of holidays, and create itineraries.
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with guests and agents and offer expert guidance and specialist information.
- Your expertise in winter destinations and proficiency in handling related queries will be essential in tailoring unforgettable experiences for our customers.
- Service incoming calls and emails from direct clients and travel agents with an outstanding and friendly approach to customer service.
- Strive to achieve individual and team KPIs set in line with department standards.
- Develop a clear understanding of guests' / agents' requirements to meet expectations for our brand to ensure the right holiday is found to meet their needs.
- Enhance our customers' holiday by offering additional holiday extras / items to reinforce the benefit of booking through us, not a competitor.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
- Work closely with other team members to promote a strong team ethic.
- Make outbound calls to existing customers and pro-actively chase leads to generate sales.
- Respond quickly, accurately, and effectively to sales enquiries.
- Execute all assigned tasks efficiently to meet sales and service targets.
- Build up knowledge of our competitors.
- Deliver an end-to-end guest experience.
