This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position; however, work-life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).
Salary: 45000 - 50000 p.a. bonus
Fixed term contract for 12 months (maternity cover)
About the role
You will work with the Digital Transformation Lead to take responsibility for the delivery of the Ecommerce strategy and KPIs for our two exceptional brands; Inghams and Santa's Lapland. Playing a pivotal role in creating a best-in-class online customer journey and user experience, driving direct bookings and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and achieving Ecommerce performance aligned with business goals. You will leverage insights, monitor and analyse website performance, and oversee the delivery of self-serve reporting along with developing and executing online trading strategies and product merchandising campaigns. You will be supported by an Ecommerce Executive and will collaborate with a matrix of marketing channel specialists and the product team to successfully execute brand campaigns and projects.

- Practical experience with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms, preferably Umbraco.
