This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week). Salary: £30,000 p.a. + bonus. Fixed term contract for 12 months.
About the role: This is a great opportunity for someone to start their product career. You will play a key role in supporting the Destination Managers and the wider product team in delivering high-quality, memorable travel experiences. You’ll assist in developing and maintaining inspiring holidays that reflect our company’s ethos, align with customer expectations, and contribute to sustainable, profitable growth. You’ll become a go-to expert on the regions, resorts, accommodations, and local partners that make our holidays unique. You’ll collaborate closely with multiple departments across the business to ensure your destinations are promoted effectively and operate seamlessly from planning through to delivery. Your work will involve a balance of creativity and analysis: from researching our destinations, to monitoring sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform future product development.

- Passion for skiing/snowboarding and/or walking/hiking.
- Familiarity with European mountain holiday destinations.
- Experience of working in an analytical role or have a degree in an analytical subject.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Confident team-player with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively co-operate with cross functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
- Good skills in Microsoft Office programmes including Excel.
- European language skills are desirable.
- Previous experience working in the travel industry is desirable.
