We’re seeking reliable individuals who are physically fit, mechanically minded, and comfortable working across various shifts, including weekends when required.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Operating and setting up Espera Weigh Label Machines
- Unloading product trays and placing them into cartons
- Loading and unloading cartons/crates from pallets
- Some stacking of cartons and manual handling tasks – lifting (5–15kg), bending, pulling, pushing
- Adhering to HACCP food safety standards, completing associated paperwork accurately
- Identifying and escalating any food safety or quality concerns
- Working as part of a collaborative team to meet productivity and safety targets
What You Bring
- Good numerical and written English skills (essential for HACCP documentation)
- Mechanical aptitude – ability to set up and operate labelling machines
- Physically fit - comfortable with repetitive lifting and working on your feet
- Forklift Licence – advantageous, but not essential
- Ability to work safely and calmly in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, reliable, and flexible attitude
- Availability across a variety of shifts, including weekends when needed
