We’re seeking reliable individuals who are physically fit, mechanically minded, and comfortable working across various shifts, including weekends when required.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Operating and setting up Espera Weigh Label Machines
  • Unloading product trays and placing them into cartons
  • Loading and unloading cartons/crates from pallets
  • Some stacking of cartons and manual handling tasks – lifting (5–15kg), bending, pulling, pushing
  • Adhering to HACCP food safety standards, completing associated paperwork accurately
  • Identifying and escalating any food safety or quality concerns
  • Working as part of a collaborative team to meet productivity and safety targets

What You Bring

  • Good numerical and written English skills (essential for HACCP documentation)
  • Mechanical aptitude – ability to set up and operate labelling machines
  • Physically fit - comfortable with repetitive lifting and working on your feet
  • Forklift Licence – advantageous, but not essential
  • Ability to work safely and calmly in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, reliable, and flexible attitude
  • Availability across a variety of shifts, including weekends when needed
