With more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, we have built a strong track record partnering with Global FTSE 250 corporations, Top Tier and Boutique Management Consulting Firms, as well as FinTechs and Startups.
Initially joining our Consultancy recruitment desk, you will be responsible for candidate search and delivery across some of our key clients. As you progress, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for 1-3 key accounts, developing into a full ‘Account Manager’ position and becoming a trusted recruitment partner to your clients.
You will receive structured industry training, ongoing support and the knowledge base to help you build a successful desk.
- 1-4 years’ experience within the recruitment industry
- Previous experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (or Sales Navigator/ RPS+)
- A genuine desire to progress into an Account Manager
- Commercial acumen and business mindset
- Recruitment experience from any industry will be considered.
