About The Role

Initially joining our Consultancy recruitment desk, you will be responsible for candidate search and delivery across some of our key clients.

As you progress, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for 1-3 key accounts, developing into a full 'Account Manager' position and becoming a trusted recruitment partner to your clients.

You will receive structured industry training, ongoing support and the knowledge base to help you build a successful desk.

About You

  • 1-4 years' experience within the recruitment industry
  • Previous experience using Linked In Recruiter (or Sales Navigator/ RPS+)
  • A track record of successfully identifying, engaging with and placing candidates
  • Strong candidate-sourcing capabilities
  • A genuine desire to progress into an Account Manager
  • Commercial acumen and business mindset
  • Self-driven, motivated and resilient

Recruitment experience from any industry will be considered.
