About you

We are looking for driven and conscientious recruitment professionals to join our existing and expanding team of experienced consultants. We are looking for an intelligent and resourceful consultant that has:

  • A track record of managing complex delivery mandates
  • A track record of successfully placing candidates within similar organisations
  • A desire to progress to a leadership role within the company
  • Commercial acumen and business awareness
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent research and written capabilities
  • Self-driven, motivated, and resilient approach to achieving goals
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities and work to deadlines
  • The ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
