The Opportunity
Working within the finance team, you'll support a variety of day-to-day cashiering and transactional finance activities, helping to ensure financial information is processed accurately and efficiently.
You'll gain exposure across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing and Banking, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop a broad understanding of finance within a structured environment.
The team is friendly, supportive and keen to help someone continue developing their skills over time.

What you'll get involved in
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing supplier invoices, payments and expenses
- Supporting billing activities and invoice distribution
- Assisting with banking transactions and cash allocations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Supporting reconciliations across client and office accounts
- Assisting with aged debt monitoring and credit control
- Responding to finance queries from colleagues across the business
- Supporting month-end activities
- Maintaining audit trails and financial documentation
- Contributing to ongoing process improvements
Who this is for
You'll likely be someone who:
- Has experience within finance or a finance administration role
- Has a good understanding of transactional finance processes
- Has strong attention to detail and enjoys producing accurate work
- Is organised and able to manage a varied workload
- Has good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Is eager to learn and develop professionally
- Communicates well and enjoys working as part of a team
Experience within a legal or regulated environment would be advantageous, but it's by no means essential.
