Knowledge and experience of IPS Fidelity. Passion for social inclusion and supporting people with mental health conditions, substance misuse issues, disabilities, or other barriers to employment. Strong understanding of IPS principles and a commitment to person-centred, strengths-based approaches. Ability to drive quality, performance and analyse data.
