Location: South London (with travel across the contract area and occasional UK travel)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £65,000 -£70,000 dependant on experience

At Ingeus, we believe in creating opportunities that change lives. We're looking for an exceptional Regional Director to lead the delivery of our Connect to Work programme across South London.
This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of a complex, multi-partner contract that supports people with disabilities, health conditions and other barriers to employment into sustainable, meaningful work.
As Regional Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the region, driving performance, quality, compliance and continuous improvement whilst creating an inclusive, values-led culture where colleagues, partners and participants can thrive.

We're seeking a proven senior leader with the ability to deliver results through others, influence at executive level and build strong partnerships across complex stakeholder environments.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Significant senior leadership experience within employment, skills, health, welfare-to-work or public service programmes.
- Experience leading large, multi-site operations with full performance and financial accountability.
- Strong understanding of contract management, governance and service improvement.
- Commercial and financial management expertise, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Experience managing subcontractors, delivery partners or supply chains.
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to use performance data to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- A commitment to inclusive leadership and delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Sound understanding of safeguarding, equality, data protection and compliance.
