Personal Wellbeing Advisor Salary Β£28,755.41 Location: HMP Leeds and HMP Wealstun. You will support a caseload of service users who are currently serving a prison sentence with all aspects of their personal wellbeing. You will need to be able to juggle multiple individuals at once, ensuring each person gets the support they need, while keeping meticulous records of every interaction. You'll often be able to plan your own schedule, but you will need to be able to prioritise effectively - its a challenging role where no day will be the same. What Youll Be Doing: Assessments and Action Plans: You will complete personal wellbeing assessments and create tailored action plans for each individual you work with. You will guide individuals as per their action plan, helping them reintegrate through practical well-being activities. Collaboration: Your intervention may be part of a wider support package so collaborating with internal and external colleagues is a key part of the role. Caseload Management: Youll manage multiple individuals, balancing their needs while keeping up with all the related admin.. Quality Recording: Keep thorough, up-to-date records of all your work on our IT systems Job requirements What Were Looking For: Relationship Building: Youll beable to connect with participants, probation services and external stakeholders in a way that's genuine, promotes a sense of trust and is non-judgemental. Safeguarding awareness: You are supporting complex individuals at a challenging time in their lives and will need to be able to identify any safeguarding risks. You will be fully supported following any challenging interventions. IT and Administrative skills: Keeping meticulous records of every interaction to measure client progress and ensure effective interventions.
