The predicted salary is between 33000 - 46200 Β£ per year.
As a Performance Coach you will work closely with all frontline Employment Advisors to identify and offer performance improvement support through various one to one and group coaching and mentoring interventions to assist frontline staff to achieve set performance targets.
Our Performance Coach will work collaboratively with Business Managers, and Team Leaders to promote development within the required key areas and contract standards.
As our Performance Coach, you will:
- Liaise with the Management Team to understand concerns/issues and to plan performance improvement needs
- Act as a mentor to support best practice interventions to promote desired outcomes.
- Conduct performance observations to establish coaching interventions.
- Coaching, motivating, and assisting frontline staff in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner to achieve goals and performance targets.
- Re-evaluating and consolidating coaching techniques and interventions to ensure effective and positive outcomes.
- Maintaining active communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure required outcomes are being met.
As our Performance Coach, you will have:
- Experience of delivering coaching/mentoring sessions within a varied capacity (individual/small/large groups and face to face, telephone, remotely etc.).
- Proven experience of delivering effective coaching/mentoring sessions.
- Previous experience of excellent achievements within a highly targeted role.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to speak confidently and pitch at the right level.
- Excellent presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
