Ingeus are currently looking for an Employer Account Manager to establish, grow and maximise employer relationships and ensure that suitable vacancies are sourced for and are filled by Ingeus participants across the region or contract area.
As our Employer Account Manager, you will manage and establish employer relationships and support recruitment, job starts and sustainability on the vacancies that the employers provide. You will also make regular contact with these clients to ensure repeat business can be gained.
As the Employer Account Manager, you will:
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants.
- Sell the Ingeus recruitment services to employers and utilise marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and job opportunities.
- Identify recruitment needs of each employer and ensure that pre-screens and group assessments are tailored to their specific needs.
- Promote and agree recruitment processes with employers, i.e. web and face-to-face recruitment sessions, screening and shortlisting processes as well as job offer processes.
To be the Relationship Manager, you will:
- Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Have a strong understanding of the local employment market.
- Have the ability to present to clients both in person and via digital platforms.
