Employer Engagement Consultant
to join our Employment Services team. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing sustainable employment opportunities for our participants. You'll be joining a team that lives our values of

guiding how we support participants, employer partners and each other. In this role, you will: Develop and manage relationships with local employers to generate job opportunities Proactively identify leads through networking and market engagement Partner with Employment Advisors to prepare our participants for the labour market and align them with employer needs Deliver post-placement support to employers to ensure long-term employment success Collaborate with internal teams to support participants at risk and improve retention outcomes Work to KPIs and performance targets in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment
