The Team Leader is a transformative role responsible for driving performance and results from a team of Employment Advisors. The Team Leader will support the team to achieve individual and team targets, whilst providing ongoing practical support through observations, caseload reviews and discussions of complex cases. They will conduct performance reviews and observations to assess competence in line with Ingeus' Performance Excellence Programme.
What you will be doing?
- Direct Line Management of the team
- Mentoring, training & developing the team to perform their roles effectively
- Regular observations and caseload reviews
- Supporting successful project delivery by maintaining operational excellence, achieving KPIs, managing the day-to-day quality of provision & managing performance
To be successful you will require;
- Previous Team Management / Lead experience is essential
- Experience of overseeing performance, mentoring & supporting colleagues, ensuring KPIs are met
- Stakeholder Management; Ability to effectively network & build relationships internally & externally
